Fantastic

The voice acting abilities of the Mad Catter are fantastic! Quickly has become one of my favorite podcasts. I’ve listened to every episode twice already and am looking forward to every new episode. Keep up the great work!

Glad he’s back from his break between seasons.

To the Catter

I was told to come here by the Tale Teller.(Stories, Fables, and Ghostly tales.) I don’t think the next co- podcast should run the same. Tale Teller and your self meet. Should be interesting... Anyway this podcast is a excellent example of story telling at its peak. Though season two seems to be tuning down my favorite part. Mad Catter seems to be missing somewhat. Stories still great but no Catter no Tea time.
My two cents.

Ps I have a black cat and she was strangely interested in Edger Allen Poe’s cat story... keep it up!

(Updated) PPS. Think Roman Empire/Latin with Darius (DaR-e-us) Thanks for the plug! Missing your new shows and I was about to replay your series. As someone with the problems you describe. Thanks for sharing your self.

Give this man a People's Choice award already!

I'm a fiction author who got my start on creepypasta in its infacy circa 2009, and since then I have listened to horror and suspense broadcasts through many, many storytelling mediums. Some have come and gone, some are still growing, and some may be much larger in scale than Mr. Whiskers, but not a single one of them can compare to the passion and talent behind the voice that drives this show. I discovered him when he gracefully chose one of my stories to narrate on Twisted Teatime and I am still working through all of his episodes, but I can without a doubt that he is the best voice actor I have ever heard in my lifetime when it comes to this genre and style. The only person who even comes close is Peter Lewis from the NoSleep podcast, and even then, I think Mr. Gowdy is more talented at bringing life to multiple characters and differentiating them from each other. Zach doesn't have the luxury of supporting actors and he also finds the perfect music and ambient sound effects to add to the podcast. You are actually better off listening to his rendition of any fiction instead of reading it, regardless of who wrote it, because his enhancements are so effective. He was born with a voice for acting, but it's very apparent the first time you hear his rather gripping Teatime introduction that he has honed his craft and takes his art seriously, although he can be very funny and magnetic when he is in character as Mr. Whiskers. Highly, highly, highly recommend this program! It's on a whole different level than anything you've heard before!
