Welcome to 2 Chairs, One World, the new Leadership podcast from Coaching Centred Leadership.  Hosted by Martin Bull, in each episode We're bringing together 2 people from very different worlds—Academia, The Military and the Corporate world  You might think these worlds couldn't be more different, but when it comes to leading people, building trust, delegating, making decisions under pressure, being agile, influencing, gaining commitment and creating teams with resilience that perform at their best, they have more in common than you might expect.
