Body Liberation
 
What’s the difference between Body Positivity, Body Neutrality and Body Liberation? Does the way you look impact the way you feel? 
 
This week the spotlight is on Chrissy King as she walks us through Body Liberation. Her Introduction Virtual Workshop to begin to change some of the negative judgments we have about our bodies. 
 
 It can be so hard to separate our peace of mind from the constant messaging about what we should look like and what is “acceptable”.  
Body Libration is the introduction to not placing your worth as a human on the way that you look.  The workshop will happen on September 19th & September 27th.

Black Lives Matter - Where Are We Now? 
 
Do you feel that supporting Black Lives Matter was a moment for some people not a new beginning?  This week we are talking about what we feel 3 months on and what’s changed for us.  Breaking News!!! Chrissy has been making some major moves and has a short lesson in blowing her own trumpet!  Shirin’s happy place seems to be Ohio. What keeps taking her back?  Also did we just have our first “senior moment”? What we were too embarrassed to ask and had to ask the all knowing Google about?  Finally a quick culinary lesson from Shirin on the dos and don’t of hummus.
