    Try The Shoe On

    How do you treat people? How does your perception shape the way you see others? Are you judgmental?  We all walk around carrying  "stuff" inside. Sometimes if someone is rude to you, like the teller at the bank or the cashier at the grocery store, it's not all about YOU...it's not personal. How could it be? They don't know you. What if they are just having a bad day for one reason or another? What if you could change the direction or the feeling of their day by just being extra nice to them no matter how you're treated? What if you could just show them some grace & mercy and by you being so nice to them, you make their day? Give them a compliment. A smile...any sort of nice gesture could possibly completely change their day. Lets stop being so offended all the time. Being offended is actually a very selfish thing. We need to learn to love each other more and be more tolerant of other's lives regardless of how we feel. It's just not our place to judge anyone. We need to remove the stigmas society has placed on certain "types" of people, and by "types" I mean that society has labeled them, so you follow along. Lets not assume anymore. Lets just care for others and start showing compassion and humanity.

Does it come from the inside or does it come from one more bag, one more pair of shoes, or the latest diet trend? True change comes from the inside, not from your wallet!
