Let’s try not to carry the experience of the past with us and let’s start with a fresher more positive perspective. Like being a better friend to yourself or finding more joy. Setting intentions for your day is a great way to handle what’s coming towards you in that day so why not set an intention for the year. Maybe it’s just a word, an idea or a simple focus you want to accomplish for yourself.   With God all things are possible!!! So let’s ask God to help us with our intentions for the day and for the year.
