I started listening to this show when I was just dipping my toe into building a team, and I now have a full time employee and 3 other team members. I love Tianna’s mix of big-picture ideas and super specific, tangible advice that I can implement. If you’re leading or managing anyone, I’d consider this a must-listen.

Let me start off by saying that I am a busy person with a short attention span. So, when I start to listen to a lecture or podcast, if it isn't accessible to me fast enough then I won't finish it. Let me tell you! I listened to the "authenticity" episode with Evelyn Gilliard. What a breath of fresh air! The pacing of the show and the genuine feeling behind the speakers' words was so good! I was able to follow along and pick up on some magic phrases that I've written down to use later. Lol. The topic was also right up my alley and the guest speaker was so relatable and dynamic. Can't wait to hear more from this show!

Tianna brings AMAZING energy to the podcast and asks all the right questions. You can tell she’s passionate about every episode and doing what she’s meant to do. She’s a beautiful person inside and out and you feel like you truly know her after listening to her episodes 💗
