    We live in a crazy world. Everyday demands and the "daily grind" can feel like a lot sometimes. Often we may steal a few moments to "zone out" and resort to mindless scrolling or doing nothing at all to get that well deserved rest... BUT, what if that really isn't rest at all?   On this episode we discuss the idea that while zoning out might offer temporary escape, it doesn't offer true rest or renewal. True rest - deep, soul-level restoration -  comes from God alone and often looks more active and intentional that we might expect.
