The other side of the coin is, Unless you change who you are, you will always have what you got.” For things to change for you, you have to change, or things aren’t going to change. Jim Rohn   He was also talking about how income does not far exceed personal development. Sometimes it can take a lucky jump, but unless you grow out to where it is, it will always come back to where you are. He gave this example, "Its been said that if all the money in the world was taken and divided up, and given to everyone equally, It would soon all be back in the same pockets."  Let's grow to where we want to be!
