The more I’ve spoken with people, and the more I’ve observed my own patterns, the more I’ve realised something. Our attention has a tendency to return to what is familiar. Not because it’s always true. Not because it’s what’s best for us. But because it’s what we’ve rehearsed the most. In this episode, we explore why your attention keeps returning to the same thoughts, stories and memories and why learning to notice where your attention lives may be the first real step toward becoming the person you want to be.
