So if you can provide a better solution faster, if you can speed up how long it takes to grow a business. You're gonna be able to compete no matter what. Blue Ocean- Finding your blue ocean. Creating a new market or industry, where there is little or no competition. No Code Development- Type of web development allows non-programmers and programmers to create software using a graphical user interface instead of writing code. Robotic Process Automation- It's like having a robot helper that can do specific tasks for you on the computer.     The Future Is Here

    Happy New Year! It’s been a journey and I appreciate everybody! In this episode of Uncoded, we will talk about the FUTURE! The Future is here and it’s going to help you elevate your business. I’m going to talk about AI– Artificial Intelligence, how to use it, and how it is going to change the future.     Why Multiple Streams Can Keep You From This...

    In this episode of Uncoded show with Justin Burns, we talk about Why Multiple Streams Can Keep You From This. I explore different marketing campaigns and kind of seeing like what's going on with competitors– going through Instagram, Facebook, and looking at ads which is something you should be doing. One of the things I noticed is that especially when you get into the wealth equation, a lot of people say is listen to all these gurus who say you need multiple streams of income. My take on that is that you shouldn't be focused on one income stream and while I agree with that to some extent, I think there's this period of time that you have to go through, and as  I call it- The ultimate focus period.     How We Sold Over 100 5 Figure Programs

    In this episode of Uncoded, I shared How We Sold Over 100- 5 Figure Programs in a year. It came down to three principles that I'm going to do in detail how I achieved it and how I keep on doing it. #1- The Outlier Hook- This makes you stand out from everyone else and this will stake your claim in the marketplace. #2- Story of Preeminence- Where you establish yourself as a go-to authority. #3- Create the Removal of Time Offer- Allow your prospect to get to their desired outcome even faster. Here’s the preview of this episode: 02:30 - A hybrid offer- where you sort of provide some level of done for you, but you also have a done with you where you're not doing every single component 04:00 Strategy number one is what I call the outlier hook. The outlier hook and  what this does is you have to have something in your product and in your digital product and in your coaching program that makes you stand out from everyone else. 06:40 - Strategy number two is the story of preeminence. You have to have and establish yourself as the go-to authority in your marketplace, right? 08:00- And then finally, I call this the removal of time offer. The reason why courses a lot of times have a very, very low consumption rate and people complete them is because there is a time gap. 19:10- What you have to do is you have to think about your offer and say, what is it that my prospect is currently struggling with?
