Admittedly, a little (i.e. A LOT) prideful here when I say listening to this podcast has been hilarious for me. Josey talks often about how "dated" she and Brian's wedding feels today, but Hey, that's my kid, if she feels dated how do you think I feel? Hmmm?
Honestly, I'm enjoying catching up with the podcast and have been listening on my daily commutes. Her GUESTS have been wonderful, informative and I can see why the WEDDING PLANNING AND VENDOR teams work so well together. We made things up a few years ago to make Brian and Josey's day "just right" and we had some help from from wonderful people, but having the help of someone that is not so emmotionally involved, yet truly cares about what is most important on the day, would be incredibly beneficial.
YOU'RE MARRYING YOUR BEST FRIEND - should be a t-shirt. Keep it mind, everything else is secondary and yet it's important to you on that one very special day. Hire professional vendors and coordinators. We could all use some professional help, or so I've been told.
Proud of you Josey, keep up the fun and informative podcast. Couples may not think of it this way because they are sooooooo focused, but many of these episodes could apply to any major event planning! Thanks!
