    Death to Smoochy

    Death to Smoochy

We're joined today by Justin Joseph Hall of Fourwind Films who suggested the film we'll be covering. A dark comedy centered on the seedy underbelly of children's television, Death to Smoochy was critically panned and a financial flop but may yet be a cult classic.

Great Podcast Explores Deserving FIlms

I listened to their episode on 'Zodiac,' which is my favorite David Fincher film. There is a friendliness and warmth to the way the hosts discuss films, and I really appreciated the way they can discuss different viewpoints without being hostile to one another. I found their dicussion of 'Zodiac' fun and illuminating, though I must say I love the cinematography of Steven Soderbergh's 'Traffic.' ;)
