Should we try to turn the things we are passionate about or our hobbies into our work?  Today, I'm excited to share conversations with people on both sides of that equation. Alyssa is a former advertising professional who turned her passion for community service into a budding career in the social impact space. We talk about her career path and decision-making process along the way and Alyssa shares lessons she's learned for someone wanting to do the same thing. On the other hand, Aaron is a welder who tried to turn his passion for creating metal art into a career.  Aaron shares his story of how the pressure of making money had a negative effect on something he loved doing for fun and for the sake of creativity.
