"Understanding Men" (From a Man's Perspective)

I’m a female that communicates like a man. I am finding that men don’t always use the communication styles he expects. In fact, have you considered having females and males write or call in to provide real time examples of issues they are experiencing in communication with men. That being said.. I can take a hint- in fact - it’s easier for me for the guy to just say his intent instead using communication styles that - whether intentional or not- impact another person negatively. For example, in trying to respect this guys method of communicating, I straight asked: your statement is ambiguous and I’m having difficulty in translating if we can meet in a romantic manner or if it should strictly be professional. Just as he is busy, I have a deadline for writing a script as well. What would you do if you had ti wait weeks for a (sometimes rude and hurtful) response for basic business questions (that could involve a large financial amount)? At this point.. I feel that these (games, lack of consideration, etc?) have completely drained my desire to even feel comfortable about a business partnership nevermind a romantic relationship. Any suggestions will be greatly considered as I don’t wish to take a defensive posture that no one wins with.
