    In this episode, we discuss what shadow work is, why it’s so important, and how to start. There are personal stories in this and in future episodes that may be triggering for some listeners, but we believe this is necessary and needs to be said. Any episodes with triggering content will contain a warning in the description as well as at the beginning of the episode.
