    Everyone Else Seems So Confident

    I spent the day in a leadership accelerator with fourteen other accomplished women. Everyone talked about authenticity. And I still caught myself adjusting. In this episode, I reflect on comparison, quiet self-monitoring, and the kind of exhaustion that comes from trying to fit in — even in safe spaces. Maybe confidence isn’t about having fewer doubts. Maybe it’s about how much energy we spend hiding them.
