Letting people steal my franchise idea....is good for business? PART II

Letting people steal my franchise idea....is good for business? PART II

The last video, WHAT IF PEOPLE STEAL MY FRANCHISE/BUSINESS IDEA, got an incredible response (thank you!).

I forgot to add extra (and critical) insight, proving that sharing everything is a super-profitable strategy.

    Am I wrong, here?

The easiest way to build a profitable, enjoyable, and scalable business isn't to serve as many people as possible (wait, whuuut).

What if someone STEALS my brilliant franchise idea?

What if someone STEALS my brilliant franchise idea?

"What if they steal my business idea?"
"What if they know what's in the secret sauce?"
"What if they discover my supplier/technology?"

Those are common questions I get from aspiring and new franchisors.

Listen in for my answer (and hint: those are the wrong things to put your eggs in)

    Do you agree?
    Am I missing anything?

Restaurant owners won't like this (but you must do this to grow)

Restaurant owners won't like this (but you must do this to grow)

There's ONE THING restaurant owners need to do, to increase:

    🛫 Pales
    🛫 Profitability
    🛫 Throughput
    🛫 Consistency, and
    🛫 Scalability

It's a paradox that must be followed (or disbey at you rown risk) and will require the removal of sunk costs, pride, comfort, and ego.

Troy Hooper, CEO of Pepper Lunch, shares this at Presidents Panel, hosted by the California Restaurant Association.

Defending restaurant margins, INSTANTLY + WITHOUT RAISING PRICES

Defending restaurant margins, INSTANTLY + WITHOUT RAISING PRICES

CEO Troy Hooper spoke at the California Restaurant Association Presidents Panel, a few months ago; and one of the hottest discussions was how to defend restaurant profitability:

✅ From constant attacks of rising costs and regulations; and
✅ Without customers' having to carry the load

    I clipped this one-minute, forty-five second answer.

Please watch and repost, so that it helps as many of our peers as possible!

The restaurant industry will be here, forever. What are other ways we operators can be here forever, too?

PAUL IS A BLESSING!

I am truly grateful to have encountered Paul’s podcast because he offers more than just tips and strategies that revolves around business, but also how he carries himself as a person. I appreciate him sharing not only about his successes, but also his struggles. It speaks volume about his humility, selflessness, and most importantly - his faith. His podcast really speaks to me in a way that God is using him to speak to me. I recently started my own side hustle during the pandemic while working as a full-time teacher. This podcast ignited my sense of purpose and gave me more direction in how I utilize my God-given talents. I also like how Paul includes different analogies, bible verses, and quotes to make sure that his listeners fully comprehend his words of wisdom. It definitely helps paint a picture for me to be more self-aware and continuing to have a positive growth mindset when working with others. I am super excited to continue to learn more from Paul and what he has to share on this podcast. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is looking to seek their purpose in life, grow their mindset, and bring their idea to life. YOU WON’T REGRET IT!
