Spot on

As a child to a mother with bipolar disorder, I feel like the host (and guests) are telling stories from my own childhood. Listening opened some old wounds I didn’t realize were there but it’s also validating to hear that others have had similar experiences. I went NC with my mom almost 3 years ago, it’s so helpful hearing other’s experience with this as society still pushes the “forgive family” narrative. Thank you for this podcast and please keep it going.

Harriet the spy

😉 I feel like Harriet has spied on my life! She describes her experiences with Marc parents and I find myself resonating so much of what I went through growing up. I find this podcast validating and healing! I just had my first child and am also working through my trauma.Thank you.
