    Most don't make change in their lives until the pain of staying the same outweighs the pain of change. This is yet again the brain just trying to keep you safe. The brain will always direct you or keep in a place that is less painful and change feels painful for the brain because anything new is scary to the brain. It signals fear because it's unknown and anything unknown brings uncertainty. The brain doesn't know that the change will benefit you because the language of the subconscious mind is sensations in the body. When we feel excited or fear the physiology is the same in the body and the brain links this to fear.

    How Learning about the Brain SAVED my Marriage!

    I just renewed 20 years of marriage and learning about the brain and how we all have our own perspective helped me understand and connect more deeply with my husband. Your beliefs create you reality and every single person has different beliefs based on what they were exposed to from the time they were born to about age 7. The beliefs become subconscious and over 95% of your actions are driven by the subconscious mind. This significantly helped the communication in my marriage and has allowed us to develop a deeper love for one another. Uncovering your beliefs will Change your life!!!
