Honestly, I thought it sounded kinda weird , but I’ve since learned it is very practical .  It is about confirming the truth , that you are one with God and therefore your prayers are sacred . Make the connection with Source(God) in your mind and state your prayer with power . Release the outcome knowing your good is on its way to you.     This month we are talking about spiritual practices that will help you on the path toward awakening or enlightenment.( Enlightenment is a path not a destination). Practicing the Presence  is all about being aware , aware of your breath , your thoughts, and your attention. Where does your attention go when you are at work, or at play or at rest? Where is your focus? This practice dovetails with mindfulness ; you might say it is mindfulness. Let's have some fun discovering the benefits of presence and mindfulness. You might be pleasantly surprised how much this practice will improve your daily life.
