Irish mechanic Alan Holmes lives a quiet life on his own in the heart of London. Each day for decades, he has kept a small circle and been a loyal employee at the local police station. Until Alan doesn’t return to work after Christmas break. Police soon perform a welfare check and what follows remains a mystery 30 years on. This is the still unsolved murder of Alan Holmes.

Indonesian hotel worker in Singapore, Dini Haryati, steps off her late night train home after a long shift. The 19 year old never makes it home. Two days later her broken body is discovered just steps from the train station. 28 years later, Dini's murder remains unsolved. In a country with such a low crime rate and strict penalties for murder, it calls into question how this is still an open case, and whether Dini's case is linked to other unsolved attacks on women and children in the southeast Asian city-state.

After being ruled misadventure for eight years, the investigation into the young woman’s untimely death has been reopened. Will her family finally have answers as to what actually happened to Ivana?

Japanese tourist Tomoko Kawashita, 27, visits Thailand for a solo vacation. She makes her way to an ancient historical park in the country’s north in time to experience a national cultural festival. There, in the tourist park, Tomoko was murdered. 18 years to the day I record this. Her killer remains unidentified, and Thailand has a 20 year statute of limitations on murder.

One minute he was walking in front of them, the next he was gone forever. Almost 11 years later, a British three-year-old would become the most famous name in the world, after also vanishing in the Western Algarve. Are the two cases connected?
