I could’ve benefited from this podcast 20-25 years ago but I’m glad I found it now. So informative for those raised by an oppressive and narcissistic parent, or family.

Thank you so much for writing Toxic Relationship Recovery. I heard about your book on another pod cast “ a little bit culty” and ordered your book. It’s helping me heal and process what happened to me and recognize my own dysfunction and how to move past the toxicity that I have unknowingly been seeking out. I also just started listening to your podcast and am finding that helpful as well. Thanks Jamie!

Over the years I started a lot of podcasts with enthusiasm and feeling connected to the ideas shared, and somewhere along the way my attention wanes. UNLEARNED has only pulled me in more as I keep listening. I find their presentation to be extremely engaging and the topics covered hit most of my desired areas to address. I appreciate their reminders to be gentle with myself, and to recognize the nuance in how I and others experience things.

I’ve been a listener since y’all launched the pod almost a year ago! Y’all are celebrating a year of the pod and I’m celebrating a year since I have committed to my self growth and working towards a healthy marriage with boundaries. I started therapy before listening to your podcast and I remember crying to my therapist that I felt your podcast want wayyyy more helpful than her. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for helping deconstruct my traumas that were hindering my relationship with my husband. You’ve helped me set those boundaries and learned to communicate with him. Congratulations on your one year since launching Unlearned!
