Unleash & Align

Michelle Juric

Unleash & Align is a space for women who are done living for approval and ready to come back to themselves. In this podcast, we talk about self-trust, boundaries, emotional healing, and what it really takes to stop being the “good girl” and start living self-led. Through personal stories, reflections, and grounded conversations, I share my journey — and invite you into yours. This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about rebuilding self-trust and remembering who you are beneath the conditioning. If you feel the pull toward more, but also the fear of choosing yourself, you’re in the right place.

16 // You’ll Never “Get There” — So Start Living Now Stop Trying to Fix Yourself & Start Living

What if the life you’re working so hard to create is already happening around you? In this episode, I’m sharing some of the biggest realizations I had after slowing down, spending time by the Croatian seaside and giving myself permission to simply live. We talk about the guilt so many of us feel around rest, especially when you grew up believing that your worth is tied to how much you do, why slowing down doesn’t mean you’re unmotivated, and how I’m learning to build my business from a place of calm instead of constant urgency. I also share a powerful reminder I received while reading Ask and It Is Given: you’re never really going to “arrive.” There will always be another goal, another version of you and another thing you could work towards. The beauty is learning to enjoy who you’re becoming along the way. We also dive into self-trust, letting go of timelines, taking action without knowing exactly how things will turn out, and why making the “wrong” decision might actually bring you closer to what you truly want. Most importantly, this episode is your reminder that life itself is one of your greatest teachers. You don’t need to heal every part of yourself before you date, travel, start the business, meet new people or allow yourself to have fun. Go live. Make memories. Try things. Change your mind. Rest. Connect. Take the risk. Your life isn’t waiting for you at the next goal. It’s happening right now. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/?hl=en

14 // What if going all in didn't have to mean burning out?

In this episode, I talk about why so many of us are afraid to fully go after the life we want because we associate hard work, ambition and hustle with burnout. I share what this week brought up for me, how my past experiences with burnout made my body panic when I had a lot on my plate, and the perspective shift that helped me redefine what hustle actually means. For me, hustle is no longer about forcing, overworking or abandoning myself. It is about taking fast, aligned and imperfect action instead of wasting so much energy overthinking, doubting myself and trying to make everything perfect. I also open up about learning to release control, stop obsessing over how everything needs to happen, trust the ideas and desires placed on my heart, and allow myself to take one step at a time. In this episode I cover: · Why perfectionism and overthinking can be more exhausting than the action itself · How to take messy action and treat mistakes as feedback · Why you do not need to know the entire plan before you begin · The difference between giving over control and giving up · Why asking for help does not take away your independence · How to stop seeking permission from others to rest · Why your dream life does not require you to abandon yourself · How to shift from seeing problems to seeing possibilities and opportunities You can be ambitious and rested. You can work hard and still take care of yourself. You can go all in without burning yourself out in the process. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelle.juric/?hl=en
