Ep.120: Why Your Life Might Feel Off Right Now, How To Find Clarity with Lori A. Harris

This conversation begins with a powerful question: "What in my life needs a second look right now?" This simple prompt opens the door to deeper introspection and encourages us to pause, reflect, and evaluate the direction of our lives. In this episode, we explore the power of self-reflection, clarity, and intentional living. After a month-long break, Lori returns with a fresh perspective on why stepping away from our routines can help us reconnect with what truly matters. There is always a subtle discomfort that arises when something in our life isn't aligned with who we want to be. Instead of ignoring that feeling, we're encouraged to sit with it, explore it, and uncover the insight it carries. It is important to focus on intentional visioning. Rather than focusing only on traditional goal-setting, intentional visioning emphasizes who we are becoming, not just what we want to accomplish.  This episode is a reminder that personal growth begins with honest reflection. When we step back, listen to our intuition, and take intentional action, we unlock the potential to create a life that genuinely reflects who we are. Tune in to discover how embracing discomfort, clarifying your vision, and taking action can help you pursue the ideas that truly matter. Ep.119: What Would You Do If It Wasn't Impossible? with Lori A. Harris

In a world that rewards conformity and discourages desire, many of us learn often unconsciously to silence what we truly want. In today's episode, we discuss reclaiming our desires, honoring our dreams, and living with greater authenticity. Through personal stories and heartfelt insights, it is evident that we begin life expressing our wants freely, only to slowly learn to apologize for them as we grow older. This conversation shines a light on the subtle ways we abandon ourselves. A central theme of the conversation is this truth: most regret doesn't come from what we do—but from what we never allowed ourselves to try. I share with you a simple yet transformative question that can unlock buried dreams and new possibilities: "If I didn't think it was impossible, what would I do?" If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure about your next step, this episode will help you reconnect with your inner voice, challenge limiting beliefs, and begin exploring a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and true to you.
