Reluctance to change

Problem solving by Andrew Swinand. Nice! We are generally reluctant to change and that can be hard to deal with. Look for the innovators (often the youngest) doing their own thinking and not wedded to a specific methodology or specialized language.

Innovation, inspiration and information

This was a truly inspiriing podcast. Ziegler talks of her own career path and the choices she has made that have led to her current position. As chief innovation officer she takes a wide view of what is happening in her industry and in discussing gives the kind of information, and informs the type of attitude young business people starting out need . Great stuff.
