They’re the best around never gonna let you down
Haven’t been to Disney world but it seems like they’ve gone a lot and know what they’re talking about.
OMG
This is the podcast for you if your in a prison cell and this is the only thing you can listen too then it’s worth counting how many times they say about.
Pure stinky smelly garbage podcast helps you in no way determine if you want to go or what to do or how to do it.
Great for prepping your trip and UTM Travel is awesome!
Wow. UTM is a great service. All the employees are very helpful. Since, we were planning a trip to Disney I started to listen to the UTM podcast, which brought me to their travel agency UTM Travel. Kelly Walter got assigned to "our" case and usually I don't trust anybody with our travel plans, but Kelly and I had a great chemistry from our first phone call on. Kelly is a very very great resource, kind person and goes above and beyond to book the trip based on your wishes. Somehow, she managed to get all reservations, we wanted to have and that's very rare, for what I can tell reading a lot of blogs and watching YouTube Videos around Disney. 60 Days before your trip starts you can do reservations for Dining and the other fun stuff, and it starts around 5.30am in the morning. When I woke up at 6am, I had all confirmations in my inbox already, which means Kelly was doing it around 5.30 in the morning for us! I cannot say anything about the experience in the park, but the booking experience through UTM and especially with Kelly, was outstanding so far. Now the Countdown starts: T-60.
EDIT after the Trip:
Now, I can review the whole experience, since we are back in reality (unfortunately). The whole trip was amazing, and we created awesome memories for our family. I am sure without UTM Travel and especially Kelly Walter, the trip wouldn't have been the same! She went above and beyond and took also care of us during our stay at the parks. Somehow, she managed to get a reservation for Space220 in EPCOT, one of the hardest restaurant reservations to get - and that one day before we went to the park.
I will always refer to UTM Travel when someone will tell me that they are going to one of the Disney Parks or Disney Cruises.
