    TRUST THE FEELING | Trusting your gut when the words and actions don't add up.

    There is a shift happening in the world where people are moving from just relying on their 5 senses to trusting the other senses we have been given such as our intuition and gut. We hear more and more people say "I can't explain it but I just have a feeling" but it can be hard to trust our gut if those around us demand an explanation andd information. It can make us doubt our gut or dismiss it because it doesn't make sense. In this episode I dive into all of this - how to lean into your gut, trust it and gain confidence in moving through life with our gut feelings at the forefront.     SPEAKING UP | Why so many of us shy away from speaking up in our life, and why it's time to change this.

    OUR SHARED HUMANITY | How we lose sight of our humanity when we define ourselves—and others—by roles, titles, and identities.

    You know what we have become really good at doing? Coming up with labels and boxes to put people in. We want to pack a punch and invoke emotion with the least words possible. What better way than to call people names that puts them into a box. Eliminates the need to even have a rational, intellectual argument. In this episode, I unpack how easily we lose sight of our humanity when we define ourselves—and others—by our roles, beliefs, or identities. From "mom" or "entrepreneur" to political or religious boxes, these labels make us forget the deeper essence of who we are at our core. When we drop the labels, even for a moment, we reconnect with that pure, loving part of us that existed long before the world told us who to be.
