New Fav Podcast

As an RD2B, I’m naturally curious about nutrition news and food scandals. I discovered Dietetics After Dark on a long car ride and have been binge-listening to it ever since! Becca and Sarah are both gifted communicators and I appreciate their ability to translate advanced concepts about food for any listener’s ears. It can be difficult to address food scandals and toxic diet culture in a way that doesn’t sound rooted in frustration or negativity, yet they are amazing at keeping it positive, entertaining, and even educational!

Obsessed.

As a registered dietitian myself, I was intrigued by the title alone…but the content itself goes above and beyond !! I love listening to this podcast on my way to work. They do a really good job bringing everything together and bring a lot of the unknowns in the food industry to forefront. If you’re thinking about giving this podcast a listen…. Just do it. You WONT be disappointed !

My most favorite podcast! Food & True Crime!

Okay, I can’t say enough good things about this podcast and I can’t even really describe how perfectly the topics relate together and make so much sense. This podcast brings to light how much fraud and corruption there is in the food industry, useful and researched nutrition information and so much more. Every topic has been so different and captivating and Sarah and Becca have a natural connection that is entertaining, educational, and endearing. Here’s to many more episodes I hope!!
