    Episode 6: Scientific Process of Manifestation

    Today I decide to discuss manifestation. I have had a tricky past with this word because I myself found it hard to believe but I also kept encountering people who thought it was BS. I have dedicated a lot of time to learn the inner workings of manifestation and whether or not it is real. Based on what I have learned, I have decided that I do believe in it but it is hard to pin down without the right tools and information. I talk about the works from Dr. Joe Dispenza, a neuroscientist that has done the research and talks about how meditation can create the life you want, and Dr. Bruce Lipton, a former cell biologist and medical school professor that discusses belief systems and how they rule our reality (and how we can change that). Manifesting can be about creating your dream reality but through the journey, you break through belief patterns we all grew up with and ultimately see the world through a different lens. It takes lots of inner work, consistency, observance, patience, but it all boils down to the intention and choosing to believe in it over and over again.

Eugenia is currently a student at the University of Illinois. We met in high school and have been friends since, however, our spiritual journeys have brought us closer together.

    Welcome back my loves! In this episode, I discuss the first chapter of Dr. Joe Dispenza's book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, titled "The Quantum You". This chapter explains quantum physics in a manner that is easy to digest and makes one wonder- what else is there to life besides the thoughts we think at all times.     Episode 1: Coming Home to Myself

    This first episode is just a snippet of the wonderful emotions that my self-improvement journey has brought me. This episode covers a feeling I can't really put a name too but I try to describe it to the best of my abilities. My goal is to inspire people to embark on their own self-improvement journies, not to have their problems go away, not to have a dream life, but to expect the unexpected emotions that come along with it.
