A couple weeks ago I had the good fortune to sit down with Cindy Lora-Renard author of a number of books including 'Spiritual Coupling: A Guidebook for Experiencing a Holy Relationship' for this miracle filled conversation. A couple weeks back I had the great joy to sit down for this special podcast with my brother and dear friend of the last 12 years, Anthony Mascia.

Anthony and I have been competing with each other long before we were bros. We went to different grade schools and we were both sprinters on our schools track teams. So it is possible that we were racing against each other as young as 8 years old.

Our most recent competition ended just a few months ago. We participated in Nutrition Solutions online transformation challenge. 6000 people from all around the world entered.

Anthony won first place with a grand prize of $13,000.

I won 9th place with a grand prize of $500.

Anthony, mark my words, one day, I will verifiably win a competition with you. Listen to the podcast for more context on this.

Last night I announced for the first time the Mind*Body*Spirit transformation that I am hosting (detals below).

PS, after hearing from you all; I am going to move forward with the heart, mind, body transformation challenge. It will be a 66 day challenge for 5-6 men, I haven’t started sharing publicly about it yet, so you all are the first to know these details.

Our strategy for shreds & success:

-fitness and nutrtion coaching

-weekly group coaching calls

-2 1;1 calls with me

-participants will take before and after photos

-Daily 33 minutes of meditation over a recorded zoom link is how I will ‘track’ and hold accountable for the spiritual/mind transformation

Like I said there will only be 5-6 men in this so really calling in a tribe of brothers who are ready to rock a solid competition. Based on 5 men joining there is a 20% chance to win first place and if 6 men join that’s 16% chance to win….not to mention transforming one’s mind, heart and body for LIFE!** **if committed that is…

This also means a BIG prize of $10,000 for first place winner of the transformation. Whoever has the most significant physical transformation & who shows up daily to the 33 minute meditation most.

The cost to join this transformation container is $5,000.

This will enable me to offer the 10k prize and make it worthwhile from my end for organizing and being with the men here.

Awakening the Heart of Service is an intimate group training for men devoted to sharing their life purpose through their work/vocationally, spiritually and within their relationships. 

This training is for a man realizing his purpose in being of service to life in his action and to be loving the absolute freedom of living his journey each step of the way. 

One of my teachers said, “Don’t die with your music still in you.” This means bringing forth and sharing the gifts you know you are meant to share in the way you are meant to share them, in this life, that’s what this training is about. 

This is a 6 month voyage meeting online twice per month, our kick off meeting on zoom is Saturday February 3rd, 2024 at 9 am EST

 +6 one on one calls with me.

Although I recognize a degree of fear in sharing my views so candidly about war, media, and how I attempt to make sense of all of it, I decided it is more important that I share my views around this, with the hopes that in doing so, this can be of support to creating peace and a donation to creating a cleaner 'information ecology' where we can make sense together with each other, even if we disagree or hold different view points.



I recognize that I have been hesitant to be as outspoken as I am in this video relating to war for a fear of being criticized, judged, and misunderstood.  This realization of being afraid only became clear to me as I began filming this video today, I was allowing fear to keep my lips shut about this.



But no longer...I know I am far more useful sharing instead of hiding out around this.



Fear cannot win, so despite the suffering and pain that exists in our world right now, somehow, deep down in my gut, I trust and I know fear never wins, that is not possible.

Life long Entrepreneur, visionary and business and dream team creator. Born Marcus Hinds, Merlin likes to be reminded of his connection to Merlin and be called Merlin. Grew up poor in small farmer towns raised by a single mother who cleaned peoples homes for extra cash while taking care of 4 children. He is the oldest of 2 brothers and a sister. And as far back as he can remember he was able to shift the energy of the home through thoughts and vision of calmness and love. Merlin At 14 moved to Hawaii and helped restore the island of Kauai and learned the flooring business, where he returned to California at age 16 to move in and meet for the first time his blood father where is started a flooring business called “ magic flooring” and worked his way through college. In 1999 at age 21 he embarked on his real estate career and in 2010 became a real estate broker and started “ Hinds Realty Group “ which he grew to a million dollar company with 17 employees by 2016. Using his construction and remodel experiences from the flooring business Marcus-Merlin bought his first home at 22 years of age and has bought and remodeled over 16 homes of his own and been a key partner in rehabilitating and selling or flipping over 500 homes in his career. At 33 years of age he learned to forgive and realized he had not created as deep of connection to his spiritual beliefs as he would like. And since 2013 has been on a spiritual journey of forgiveness, meditation, landmark education for 7 years, Buddhism practices since 2016, trained with ISTA, conscious communication courses, living in community in Europe and Costa Rica 🇨🇷 while following a dream of being part of a self generative eco village thriving community based on the old ways of villge life. Realizing he is far more passionate about healing than earning more abundance he retired at age 41 in 2019 and is creating village and community experiences in Costa Rica, and Guatemala and soon in California. His purpose in the world is to cause 10 million dreams to be fulfilled and to have a family and children. And he is doing this through causing leaders who come from a transformational retreat experience called “ Find Your Why” where he and other amazing co-creators guide groups of people 3-4 times a year though a life-changing journey of forgiving, completing all thoughts and energy that does not serve and connects them to their purpose, their WHY. He is most proud of becoming best friends with his father before he passed away in 2013 from cancer and to have supported his mom in buying her first home before she was fifty.
