I finally found the most success in my battle with weight loss and maintenance was when I truly made my fitness and healthy living my lifestyle. I’m a real woman who discovered my love of fitness at a young age but battled for years to understand how to bring my love of being fit together with my love of food! I wanted to have my cake and eat it too and refused to feel like I was depriving myself. Even after giving birth and gaining 70lbs with my son and full-term twins, I set on a journey to get into the best shape of my life. I didn’t want it to be just temporary. I was on a mission to get fit but also STAY FIT. I realized I had to be DEVOTED to my healthy lifestyle. When you are truly devoted, it’s not another fad diet; you’re never done doing the work…. I always say I’m doing this UNTIL ITS DONE because when you’re devoted, it’s never done.
