I know how messy our minds can get. Some days, it feels like my thoughts are a tangled ball of yarn—worries, to-do lists, random bits and pieces all knotted together. But today, we’re going to gently unwind all of that, letting those thoughts soften and drift away. No need to fix or figure anything out—just allowing space for some calm and quiet.
