Life doesn’t get easier. We get stronger. When I was younger, I was under the illusion that life was supposed to be easy.  That led me to believe that I was doing something wrong. I was missing the inherent truth that life has challenges, life has adversity and life presents obstacles but those aren’t sent to us to defeat us or punish us. They are sent to us to refine us: our strength, our wisdom and the beauty of our character.  Once I understood this, life FELT easier and I became better at surfing the tides of life. (Better, not perfect. I still wipe out.)  Life will occasionally knock you down.  This podcast will help you get back up - stronger and better than before!  Hit subscribe and get ready to change your life!

What Really Causes Burnout (and it’s not what we’ve been told) and What You Can Do About It.

What Really Causes Burnout (and it’s not what we’ve been told) and What You Can Do About It.

Most people think that burnout happens because of what we are doing.  But, that’s not the case.  What we are doing may accelerate burnout, but it doesn’t cause it.
Burnout is CAUSED by what you are NOT doing.  This episode breaks down what that looks like and what you can do to course correct.

What Is the Song Inside of You That the World Needs to Hear?

What Is the Song Inside of You That the World Needs to Hear?

This episode is a beautiful story of pouring your heart into what gives you energy and life and then adapting and growing with it.  Metaphorically, we all have some version of a song inside of us and we don’t have to go it alone or have all the answers, but instead maybe we are simply the steward and champion for it.  I hope that this conversation will inspire you to pursue your song and gift. Be sure to stick around to hear his answer to my final question:  it has real wisdom, beauty, and inspiration in it.
