    I'm happy that I'm starting this podcast because I feel it will act as a tool in developing discipline in my undisciplined self....Ohk neither I'm physically fit nor mentally stable that's why who so ever you are ,where so ever you belong to, I think at some point you'll surely relate to me in my future episodes where I'll discuss my problems..Also I'm sorry for poor audio quality of this episode but anyhow I was very much willing to publish it today.....sorry:(
