Kat asks questions regarding bodies, losing weight, and feeling attractive vs. feeling ugly, then shifts gears to ask questions about creating money without having to work hard for it,  the difference between “fixing” clients and being with clients during sessions, and more. I recently started working full time, and I haven’t had as much time to eat better and work out, but I’ve also found when I have stuck to those routines better, I don’t always feel as good in my body as I want to. Sometimes working out almost makes me feel more stressed in my body. So I’m wondering, what is going on there? So I started going to the gym, and I did lose 6 lbs, so I was on my way to being where I wanted to be, and then, fast forward a couple months, I didn’t go to the gym as often, and I automatically went back to the set point I was at before.
