    Gratitude and an Announcement

    We've officially reached 20 episodes of Creating an Empowered Life, and I want to extend my gratitude to you for listening, sharing, and being a part of this journey. Thank you. After 20 episodes, it feels like the right time to take a short creative break. I'll be stepping back briefly to revamp a few systems behind the scenes. In addition to the podcast, I'll be taking another look at the newsletter, the hypnosis sessions, and how everything connects. The goal is to make things smoother, more impactful, and even more aligned with the work we've been doing together. The first 20 episodes will remain available along with all the hypnosis sessions that can be found on my Substack, as well as all the articles that have been posted so far. If you haven't caught up yet, now's a great time, and of course, make sure to stay subscribed so when new content drops, you'll be the first to know. It won't be a long break.
