Gives me Hope

Hello!! First off, what is your full name?? It is very hard to find out anything about you! Maybe that is by design;)
Second, this podcast is giving me life right now. I can tell that I am known as the “head in the clouds” member of my friend group for my different, utopian style of thinking. I didn’t even know how to categorize my thinking style until I heard this podcast!!!! This show makes me feel at home and makes me feel sane for wanting true equality in the world, in a way I have never found in the real world. Thank you for all you are doing for the world- I’m sure it may not feel like much sometimes, but I can guarantee you that I will be listening to every single one of your shows until the show ends (maybe it never will!!!!)
Thank you for creating a space to safely discuss and think about our bright future! <3

Great so far

I started listening to this after I heard it recommended on Diane, and I’ve been really enjoying it ever since. An intelligent and thoughtful discussion of the dystopias and utopias we see throughout film, video games, and literature. Please keep it up, and also do an episode on Final Fantasy 10.

Excellent show, keeps getting better

I’m so happy I found this podcast—a smart and thoughtful look at utopian thinking, ranging from literary utopias to contemporary thinkers. Some really fantastic guests, and even conversations that begin in the world of SF novels move towards applying utopian thinking to the real world. Takes the time to start broadly about texts/topics, but doesn’t hesitate to dig into theory.
