I started listening to this podcast 6 months ago and it is full of great practical tips that has really helped me to get my Air BNB up and running successful. The information is current and relevant. I am grateful for this resource!

I found this podcast in the beginning of the year as we were searching for a potential STR. I have listened to many other podcasts, but this happens to be one of my favorites. Every episode is about a different aspect of the STR game, so it’s easy to pick and choose and re-listen as you need. They are short, so easy to listen to whenever. I also spent a 4 hour car ride listening to them all when I first found it and have gone back to the episodes I need. I even contacted a designer on his podcast who helped me transform our STR and solidly the design. Forever grateful that you take the time to give all this information and keep them coming!

John is very knowledgeable and has great topics. I have learnt a lot from his fantastic podcasts. Whether you have been in the Industry for years or just beginning, you are bound to learn a truck or two. Thanks again John.

John played a fundamental role in getting our Airbnb started. We listened to all his podcasts on our long drives to the Homegoods, Lowes, etc. getting our Airbnb decorated and furnished, and learned so much from him. We decided to hire his cleaning team and they have been incredible and reliable, making it easy to manage our Airbnb remotely. He also helped us get our permits so we could launch our Airbnb in Kissimmee, and explained the process so we can manage it ourselves. He’s always willing to hop on a phone call and answer emails whenever we have questions, and is just as friendly and helpful as he is on the show. It’s pretty rare to find someone who is so willing to help out newbies like ourselves. I can’t recommend him enough!
