    This week saw world financial markets impacted by news regarding the COVID-19 virus. During times of chaos and fear, financial advisors must rise to the occasion and deliver the value and service their clients need, even though it may be difficult. In this episode we review a piece called "Chosen or Frozen", which details a survey given to retail investors during the market turmoil following 9/11. We discuss what insights can be taken from this survey and how to apply them during the current climate of investor uncertainty. In this week's article review, we look at a piece discussing the value provided to retirement plan participants by plan advisors. The episode wraps up with our Q&A section in which we discuss the value of retirement plans and the best piece of financial advice we have ever received.
