    Bami Fajinmi is the co-founder and Vice President of Educational Services of the team now known as Covelo Group, a healthcare company focused on maximizing the educational opportunities for students facing behavioral, emotional, and physical health challenges.  At Covelo Group, Bami Fajinmi and his team partner with K-12 schools in the United States to identify students struggling with the curriculum, develop education plans that are individualized and equitable, and ultimately assist schools with realizing the implementation of said plans by providing the required staff and clinical services. Initially partnering with a select few Los Angeles schools in 2023, Covelo Group has expanded to over 1,000 team members across six US states and continues to grow. Prior to Covelo Group, Bami Fajinmi studied and conducted research on the impact of politics, finance, and sociological factors on individual health outcomes and personal well-being. His research aimed to identify systemic gaps in healthcare in countries such as Malaysia, Uganda, and Canada. He also co-led medical and educational philanthropic missions to countries like Nigeria, Kenya, and Belize. Despite his strong desire to travel, Bami Fajinmi recognized his calling was at home in the United States, where he could create a positive impact on the lives of the youngest individuals who are unable to assist themselves. Bami holds a Master of Science in Global Medicine from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, with a specialization in Management, Finance, and Operations.     Frank Samson, CSA is a Certified Senior Advisor and the founder of Senior Care Authority LLC.   He is the author of "The Aging Boomers: Answers to Critical Questions for You, Your Parents and Loved Ones" and creator of The Boomers Today radio and podcast show.   Prior to founding Senior Care Authority, he worked in franchise consulting and the travel industry for over three decades. He had built an organization with over 200 franchises which he later sold, and the company operates successfully today. Frank's passion for senior care comes from personally experiencing the challenges with his own parents as many families are confronted with today.   After several years of researching the healthcare industry, he developed the training program for Senior Care Authority to provide Elder Care consulting and Senior Placement assistance to families, helping them make important and difficult decisions in a complex healthcare system.
