    Joel Jeselsohn is an international senior finance and operations executive who has spent his career scaling technology-driven companies and transforming finance organizations into strategic growth engines. ​ As CFO for global businesses including Aquant AI, Tangoe, relayr (a Munich Re company), American Well, Achieve3000, ClickSoftware, and NUR, he has led finance, legal, and operations across public, private, and PE-backed environments. ​ He is known for driving business transformation, automation, and CFO office modernization, including large-scale CRM, ERP, and FP&A implementations, SaaS and EaaS model builds, M&A, and IPO readiness. ​ His work has contributed to significant revenue growth, major liquidity events, and substantial cost efficiencies, while strengthening KPI discipline and data-driven decision-making at the board and executive levels. ​ Having led teams and operations across the US, Europe, Israel, APAC, India, and Latin America, Joel brings a global perspective and is fluent in multiple languages. ​ He holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University and is a licensed CPA in Israel.
