High gravity information
I love this podcast. It’s recorded at and broadcast out of a float center, which is perfect because flotation therapy is a point of intersectionality between so many fascinating, cutting edge topics: mindfulness and meditation, health and wellness, plant medicine, nutrition, neuroscience, biohacking, living to your greatest potential, and all that jazz. Brothers Andy and Mike Zaremba do an excellent job; their personalities and proclivities compliment and play off each other, as well as create an interesting dynamic for their guest to interact with. I have gained a lot of useful knowledge about a wide range of topics from their show, and I aspire to affect change on a scale such as the Zaremba brothers do.
