Summer has officially started and we start of the season by taking advantage of it! This week, we talk about badasses. What makes a badass in fiction, and why do most of them have tragic back stories? Is a badass a badass because of his feats or their feats or because of their history? We end the night by ranting on the use of the word “overrated” that people keep using and how it probably doesn’t mean what you think it means.

John Maggley Conner does it again by brining you episode 15 of Vanderchat! Our bodies were Reggie for E3 but we were generally let down by most of the conferences. While fattening up on french fryses, James brings up franchises and how one becomes interested in them. He also talks about how reading a summary of a franchise can get somebody interested in it, but the actual franchise may be a let down for them. This leads to Darnell talking about the audience of those franchises. Can the audience actually fail at their job as an audience? And if they do fail, how can they succeed?
