    Ethan Bishop went an entire year as a real estate agent with one sale. Now he closes roughly one a week. In this episode, Ethan walks through his background and how he got to being one of the most successful realtors in the country. Former hockey and lacrosse player, he went from managing Mr. Sushi in Clifton to a sales role at Verizon before betting on himself and going full-time as a real estate agent. Then came year one in the business: twelve months, one closing, and every reason to quit. He didn't. Today he averages a home a week and has expanded into investing in real estate himself. What started with six people in his living room became a run club of 120 people in 18-degree weather, and then a movement.
