    October 27, 2025 Today’s episode is a simple grounding practice using imagery and sound. Sometimes (like always) we just need to get out of our heads and back into our bodies and souls. We will assess where we are on the continuum of groundedness. Our reading for today is an excerpt from the poem Remember fromJoy Harjo, a Native American U.S. Poet Laureate from the Muscogee Nation. Remember, Joy Harjo Remember the sky that you were born under, know each of the star’s stories.Remember the moon, know who she is.Remember the sun’s birth at dawn, that is the strongest point of time. Remember sundownand the giving away to night.Remember your birth, how your mother struggledto give you form and breath. You are evidence ofher life, and her mother’s, and hers.Remember your father. He is your life, also.Remember the earth whose skin you are:red earth, black earth, yellow earth, white earthbrown earth, we are earth.Remember the plants, trees, animal life who all have theirtribes, their families, their histories, too. Talk to them,listen to them. They are alive poems.Remember the wind. Remember her voice.
