Hey, I’m Robin Rhine McDonald, a follower of Jesus, a wife, a mama of 2, and a seminarian turned health coach. And I am SO excited that you are here!!

I found myself 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open in the afternoons, with a face full of acne. I was confused as to how I ended up there, being that I worked out and felt like I ate fairly healthy.

It seemed like no matter what I tried, I couldn’t create the results I wanted in a way that I could see myself maintaining long term.

It wasn’t until I discovered the unlimited motivation and FREEDOM that exists in living according to God’s VISION for my life and health that I began to see changes.

That is when I realized the most important thing to ever impact my life and health - If I wanted change, I had to partner with God!

With God, I crafted a healthy lifestyle that led to ENERGY, healthy weight loss, and confidence in my body WITHOUT feeling overwhelmed or giving in to old patterns.

10 years and two kids later, by the GRACE OF GOD, I’m still prioritizing my health and feeling amazing.

I’ve become gripped with the vision of seeing EVERY body that comprises the BODY of Christ healthy and well.

    Hey Friend!
    We are continuing with the healthy hormones series today to address a VERY important aspect of hormones and that is - fertility.
     
    According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 6 people are affected by infertility worldwide.
     
    It's estimated that 48.5 million couples experience infertility globally.
     
    9% of men and 10% of women aged 15-44 reported fertility issues in the United States
     
    9 of 10 counties with the highest total fertility rate are in Africa followed by Afghanistan.
     
    Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, and Eastern Asia have the lowest fertility rates in the world with an average of 1.5 children per woman.
     
    I know we've got a few listeners in Sweden, you'll have to tell me what you all are doing there because you have one of the highest fertility rates in all of Europe.
     
    I found it interesting, as today's guest will touch on, that 60% of infertle individuals reported having higher levels of anxiety and depression
     
    41% of infertile women have depression
     
    87% of infertile women have anxiety
     
    Growing your family is a big deal and a major desire for many.
    My mom had 3 miscarriages, one before me, one after, and one after my sister. Hearing her story and those of many others has really left a mark on my heart.
     
    I also know first hand that the journey of trying to conceive can come with many emotions. It can be a very emotionally draining, discouraging, and even painful journey.
     
    My hope is that after today's episode you would feel seen, be encouraged, and find hope for what's possible for your health and In growing your family.

Wonderful podcast!

I love this podcast! Robin has so much great advice that can be applied in a practical way. I especially love how she stresses the importance of inviting God into our health journey! I never miss an episode!!

Truly An Answered Prayer

I’ve struggled for years with practicing healthy eating/exercise habits. Finally, I realized that I have been failing because I had not truly believed I could reach my health and fitness goals since I had failed so many times. I then surrendered my fitness and health goals to God and asked Him for His help. Recently, I found Robin’s podcast, and it has truly changed my mindset (which in turn has changed my life)! Robin shows how putting God first can help you achieve your health goals more than any diet or exercise. She explains that it’s not about how you look, but how you feel. It’s not about being strict with what we eat, but about caring for our bodies as God intended. With Robin’s help, I’m learning how to show myself grace, how to keep persevering, and how to feel comfortable again around food! I feel so blessed to have found this podcast!

I’ve been listening to the Vision Driven Health podcast the last month. I listen on my walks on Mondays and Wednesdays. I find myself looking forward to new episodes coming out. I feel motivated and encouraged after listening.

I’m a mom of 3 struggling with weight gain due to medication and poor lifestyle choices. Listening to Robin I’ve felt like I have a cheerleader.
