Let's Go For A Walk

I try to begin the day reading or listening to something that calms the lizards in my brain. You know the ones (“squirrel!” “Shiney object!”). Someone shared this Let’s Take a Walk podcast with me and I found it to be a great way to start my day. Its a thoughtful check-in conversation with...myself, really. But Kahlil gets the conversation going. I appreciate the brief duration of each episode; its just enough. I like the topics he chooses — his personal wisdom shared from experiences both he and his listeners can relate to. Love the ambient sounds of “the walk” getting started. Best recommendation I can give it is this... I just subscribed.

Khalil is unapologetically unafraid to be himself. He expresses his passion by living out what he believes in, and he is always looking for a way to challenge himself and to help other people. He has no fear of what others may think (nor should he, not only because he is confident in himself, but also because he is a stellar human being), and this emanates from him naturally and contagiously. All of these things are evident throughout the episodes of this podcast, and for these reasons it is a joy to listen to them!

A short podcast that makes you happy and puts your mind in the right place whether you are at work or driving to a weekend getaway. Perfect balance of faith, business and life in general. Would recommend for anyone seeking more out of life.
