Sam Rouda ,

Great start

Let me start by saying that the premise of this podcast is brilliant and you have a good personality for it. i’m excited to see how you grow in this. that being said, you interrupt a LOT. there were a couple moments where michael was starting to say something interesting but you would interrupt by either agreeing with him or saying some observation and by the time you were done he had lost his train of thought or didn’t feel the need to continue. your job as a host is certainly to ask the right questions and make sure that clarifying points are made, but to make sure your guests are heard more than anything. guys like Joe Rogan and Lewis Howes are masters of this.
either way, this was awesome and (as an aspiring photographer myself) michaels perspective was extremely refreshing and powerful. great job you two, excited for the next one!

Try it again

Man...this has potential, but you have to realize that the draw is not to hear what you have to say but to hear your guest. You are the host and your opinion thoughts will help the interview flow, but there were so many times that Flugs was talking and you interrupted and we will never get those thoughts he was going to say. I look forward to hearing the next one and hope you keep going and growing.
