    you are capable of amazing things. - [Joshua 1:9].

    this a reminder that you are capable of doing amazing things.  bc sometimes i believe that we can have a tendency to overthink and lean on our own understanding and quickly forget the word/assignment that God gave us or instructed for us to do.  so, consider this a love tap and a reminder that you ARE capable of doing amazing things, do not psyche yourself out, don't overanalyze your way into disobedience and end up not doing what it is that God called you to do. yield, cast your worries onto God, pray and meditate on Joshua 1:9 and allow for this to be your anchoring scripture. do not shrink back or give up, bc you simply cannot afford to stay the course and trust that God got you!     keep planting seeds. - [trust the process.]

    resist performative behavior.

    the act of the un-doing.

    The Undoing is the sacred, intentional and intimate process of letting God gently dismantle the identities, beliefs, and emotional patterns that were formed in trauma, fear, rejection, or self-protection, so He can rebuild you in truth, love, and the identity He originally designed for you. It is not destruction — it is divine reconstruction. It's God peeling back the layers of who you became in survival so you can step into who you were always meant to be in Him.   This journey is not about becoming perfect — it is about becoming available. And as you draw near, He will rewrite everything trauma tried to distort. You are loved. You are wanted. You are chosen. You are safe with Him. And you are being made whole — from the inside, outward.     what God has been teaching me about receiving.

    Reception: the act of receiving, welcoming, or accepting something/someone. When it comes to God's love and receiving, there's nothing you have to do to earn it, it's not transactional, you don't have to be performative, you don't have to people please, suppress or strive, all you have to do is have a willing, open and honest heart. - how freeing is that? + breathe & take that in as truth. +. it's ohkay to receive and the more you let this belief permeate within your being, the easier it'll become to openly receive, not only from God but from people as well and if I can be honest, I'm still actively learning how to receive. God is teaching me that I don't have to be performative or do anything to earn his love nor the love from another person, I can just simply be and when I allow myself to rest in that - it's becoming easier for me to relax and be ohkay with openly receiving, not only from God but from others' as well.     what are you trying to prove?

    there's a scripture that single handidly freed me from focusing on  "the approval" of others' and myself, fr.  the scripture is: "Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? or am I trying to please people? If I were trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ." - Galatians 1:10 and to this day, reading that scripture still shakes me to my core and gets me right bc, we can so easily teter the fence of honoring God and people pleasing bc have a good heart in trying to hold space and love on ppl, or if we create content - trying to curate and post the perfect video, thread or pictures "dumps".  I can speak to this, bc i too have been guilty of this but if and when i've find myself in the space of operating in this way, this scripture plays in my head and i'm able to reel it in, bc when you're in close proxmity to God - you can tell when you're trippin'. lol. and that's the beauty of being in relation with him and having community that can hold you accountable as you navigate this. reflection: so, what are you trying to prove and to who? and why? when what our focus should be is essentially doing everything onto the Lord, not for selfish-ambition of for the approval of others'.  With Love,  Gei'Yonne. - tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@whoisgeiyonne substack/digital journal: https://whoisgeiyonne.substack.com The Undoing: e-book + guided journal: A Christ-Centered Guide to Unlearning, Healing & Rebuilding Wholeness With God.  - By: Gei'Yonne Caraway - https://payhip.com/b/fdrie thank you for listening and for the support!

    stop trying to be God. (for others' & yourself.)

    be mindful of over-consumption, as a creative.
