This week we welcome Xavier Moss, UF Grad, Artist Extraordinaire, Christ Believer, and one of my favorite Jamaicans to the Vulnerability Leads To Victory.

Xavier speaks this week on the need to lean into God daily and how doing that will take a little more vulnerability than we may be willing to experience. You will hear about how he has had to dig deeper daily and within moments throughout the day to understand what matters most to him.

Get ready to hear some wise words from a young soul. This painter will paint us a picture of how vulnerability with God is sure to bring you victory.

You Gotta Make Room For It: Understanding YOU have capacity to express vulnerability in your life!

You Gotta Make Room For It: Understanding YOU have capacity to express vulnerability in your life!

Many times we think it’s not enough hours in the day, not enough days in the week, and not enough room for anything else to be in our lives. Well on this week’s episode, you’re gonna hear different.

This week we welcome Dr. Tomika Ferguson to the VL2V Family as she talks about the need to have capacity for vulnerability in your life. You will point blank clearly hear us discuss that when you think you’ve reached your limit, you got room to exhale and be vulnerable.

Dr. Tomika Ferguson is a Mom, Higher Education Administrator and Faculty Member, Advocate, Educator, and more. Dr. Ferguson is the founder and lead facilitator of the Black Athlete Sister Circle (BASC), a holistic development program for Black women student-athletes in higher education institutions.

Dr. Ferguson is a first-generation college graduate from Appomattox, Virginia.

When Vulnerability Leads To Freedom: Abiding in the Lord and Allowing Him to Be Your Comfort, Hope, and Peace!

When Vulnerability Leads To Freedom: Abiding in the Lord and Allowing Him to Be Your Comfort, Hope, and Peace!

Season 5 of Vulnerability Leads To Victory has officially kicked off. This episode with Christine Sepulveda is one of the most enriching conversations I have had in life.

Christine has a heart after God and his divine purpose for her life. To know Christine is to truly experience God’s Love in human form. If I were to have. Top 10 list of most authentic and vulnerable people I have met, she would be on it.

Listen in this week as we navigate what it means to be a believer and be vulnerable. If you say you are a Christian, then you have no better example of vulnerability than King Jesus himself.

Pass the conversation on to someone else and you will most definitely be giving me an amazing birthday present.

Living A Full Life: Reflections in the Key of Vulnerability

    Season 4: Episode 15

    It’s About To Go Down!!!

    THIS IS IT…Season 4 is a wrap!

We bring this season to a close with one of the people who has kept me the most humble and looked out for me even when I didn’t know it/realize it, Dr. Nadrea Njoku.

Hailing from New Orleans, LA, Nadrea is one of the top thought leaders and scholars in the country when it comes to working in the field of college access and higher education.

This week you all are in for a conversation as we don’t take any breaks and we get deeper and more truthful by the minute. It will almost feel like a kitchen table conversation as Nadrea is cooking up some great words of wisdom and an actual meal all at the same time.

This episode is two friends giving each other their flowers along with some reflections on life and sprinkle in some laughs. Nadrea has had a full life and many accolades including being part of Ebony Magazine’s 2016 Power 100 list, yet she is always ready to invest in others and make time for her family and friends.

Share this episode with yourself and then pass along the link to others.

The Unconditional Life: Being Vulnerable with Yourself and Growing into an Environment of Trust

The Unconditional Life: Being Vulnerable with Yourself and Growing into an Environment of Trust

This was one of the dopest episodes to date. When I say we just had a vibe with this episode, it was a vibe.

This week we get to chat it up with Ixtel Viramontes! As one of the best student leaders to come out of Illinois, Ixtel has devoted part of her life to enhancing others and creating environments where they can feel able to take the necessary risks to dig deeper in their lives.

Sit back and rock with us as Ixtel talks about her experiences of how family, college, a sorority, work, and leading a major leadership seminar have helped to shape her experience with vulnerability. You’ll hear about how an experience with apologizing to someone took her to a new level and has her where she is now.

I don’t apologize for the greatness of this episode and encourage you to listen to this one before your next round of egg nog and holiday cookies.

Just what I needed

I was drawn by the title. I never looked at being vulnerable as being strong or as gaining strength. I always saw it as a weakness. This podcast has opened my eyes and I am starting my own journey. Thank you

Relatable and Raw!

This podcast is exactly what I needed - no added fluff or advertising but straight to the meat of a topic, how can I be more vulnerable in my relationships that make them feel authentic and genuine. Can’t wait for more episodes to drop!
